Fifty Plus Fitness is a totally unique low impact exercise and fitness class designed specifically for the mature adult.
The low fitness levels, and resulting lack of mobility in our rapidly ageing communities are causing serious health problems.
Statistics demonstrate very high likelihood of falls and resulting problems in the over 50 population. Only one in ten Australians over the age of fifty do enough exercise do gain any significant benefit.
