Improvement in the above skills will allow participants to fully enjoy the benefits of being more active and physically confident. We recommend that you attend our classes twice a week in order to receive the maximum benefit. We are confident our classes will result in less falls, broken bones and potential hospital time, with a greater level of independence for the participant.
